I’m Ru, a former pro athlete whose injury shifted my view of the body—from a tool for performance to something to understand, care for, and listen to. I dove into natural, intuitive ways of living. What I found was a deeper connection to my physical body through a fruit-based diet, fluid movement, and breathwork rooted in presence. These practices not only restored my health—they transformed my life.
Now, I guide others in exploring their bodies through natural nourishment, intuitive movement, and conscious breath—all shared in my online course.
The course is divided into three key areas: diet, movement, and breathwork/presence, and includes weekly group coaching calls where we unpack the material and address any confusion or challenges.
My goal is to support you in living more naturally, more freely, and more connected to the world around—and within—you.
